Privacy notice
This notice covers the portfolio at streetlightstudio.xyz. It is written in plain language and reflects how the site works right now: portfolio browsing, direct email enquiries, optional analytics, and links to external platforms.

Scope
It applies to this website, the inquiry links and forms on this website, and optional Google Analytics usage when you accept it.
1. Data you provide
If you use an inquiry form on this site, the form creates a prefilled email in your own email client. The website itself does not submit that message to a server-side form handler.
If you then send the email, the personal data involved is whatever you choose to include, such as your name, email address, artwork interest, and message content.
2. Data collected automatically
The site stores a small preference in your browser to remember your language choice and your cookie decision.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser data, and general interaction information. Analytics stays off until you actively accept it.
3. Why data is used
4. Legal bases
5. Sharing
6. Retention
Browser-stored preferences remain until you clear them or change them. Inquiry emails are kept only for as long as needed to reply, keep a record of the conversation, and manage any follow-up commission, sale, or legal/accounting obligation. Analytics data, where enabled, is retained according to the active Google Analytics settings.
7. International transfers
Some providers used by the site or by visitors’ own email/social platforms may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, the relevant provider is expected to use its own safeguards and contractual mechanisms.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time by using the cookie choices button on this site.
If you are in the UK and remain unhappy after contacting the site owner, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
